What’s it like being a traffic planner at Delivery?

It’s fun and very varied. I enjoy being at the centre of things – planning, organising, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. We’re a close-knit team that always supports each other to ensure deliveries arrive on time.

What does a typical day look like for you?

In the morning, I check in with the drivers and vehicles to make sure everything runs according to plan. Throughout the day, I stay in touch with both customers and drivers to assist wherever needed. I like that every day brings new challenges, and I appreciate being given this opportunity even though I’m only 21.

What’s the best part of your job?

I enjoy working with people and constantly learning new things. It’s rewarding to make customers happy and exciting to be part of Delivery’s growth. Our new logistics centre has made a huge difference. I think more women should apply to work here – you get to handle many different tasks, have flexibility in your schedule, and make lots of friends your own age.
