What’s your role at Delivery?

I’ve been a driver at Delivery for two and a half years. It started as a summer job and grew into a full-time position. Before that, my family and I lived in Croatia.
We moved here seven years ago. In my home country, I had been driving buses and trucks for 23 years, so I had plenty of experience. Today, I drive a large truck, delivering across the Halland region.

What does a typical day look like for you?

In the morning, we meet at the terminal to load the trucks with the parcels to be delivered during the day. I drive a large truck, and our route covers the area between Båstad, Varberg, and Hyltebruk. We always work in pairs to assist with deliveries, typically completing 15–25 drop-offs per day. We deliver everything from kitchens to home furnishings and appliances directly to private homes.

What’s the best part of your job?

It’s a great job with a lot of freedom, and you meet many people. We have a fantastic team spirit and a really positive atmosphere. The salary is good, and there are plenty of benefits such as fruit, gym access, and massage sessions.
